Job Cost & Analysis Module Tab View: Menus and action items located in Tree View on left. Right panel contains Details and Help. For Help, click the Help Panel then click on any item in the Tree View.
Customer Center: Customers are organized alphabetically in folders. Click on the folder node to expand the customer list. Click on a customer name to show all related information for the selected customer. Choose other detail views from the drop-down list.
Job Budget: Detailed budget includes all labor activities and material items. The job budget drives the budget variance reports as well as the production scheduling requirements.
Job Progress: Instant budget vs. actual job progress is displayed by section and item. Estimated time to complete (ETC) may be entered here or captured from employee data collection.
Material Items: View material list, click to display at-a-glance detail. Double-click, to open.
Material Item Detail: Material items provide a means to identify and cost each material item. This screen is replaced by the Inventory items screen when the Inventory module is enabled.
Report Center: Job cost reports include labor, labor and material, budget variance and activity distribution. Reports are filtered using the filter selection. Each report type has numerous report template selections that control how the report information is displayed. Any report may be saved as a report favorite. Many reports may be customized by selecting which fields to display.
Update Labor Costs: Actual by individual labor activity cost is tracked by date period. Set the date range to calculate the cost and post the current cost for budgeting purposes.
